We all make mistakes like the occasional typo or not realising that someone has changed their contact information. There are two ways to resolve the issue:
1. You could send another Sacred Groves Cluster (SGC) to the person you want to gift, with the correct email address or phone number. The SGC sent to the incorrect email address or mobile number will automatically revert to your account at the end of the 30 day gift acceptance period.
2. You could email us at [email protected] for assistance with cancelling the transaction.
