While signing up to receive a gift, I used a different email address/ phone number instead of the one used for sending the gift. What can I do?

In order to successfully access and accept your gift of Sacred Groves Clusters (SGCs), you will need to sign up with the same email address or phone number used by the person sending the gift. In case you’ve signed up with a different email address or phone number and are unable to access your gift, you could:

1. Request the person who sent you the gift to send you another SGC using the email address or phone number that you used to sign up. The gift sent earlier will revert to the Gift Sender at the end of the 30 day gift acceptance period.
